In order to track the huge amount of data that is required to run the vast Walmart empire, invididual store managers, regional managers and others, needed improved BI, easy to understand and clean displays.

Using Axure to create clickable mockups for hand-off to a small dev team, I redesigned and standardized reporting UIs that would provide usable and actionable data displays.

I worked closely with data analysts, and developers, visited stores for feedback, creating informational dashboards, reports and self-assessment protocols.
