In order for case managers to estimate their risk, relative to a legal case, they need to be able to search and report on large data sets. We looked at the complexities of information gathering and decision making and provided an intuitive set of tools for searching and reporting.

Search requirements needed to include all forms of electronic communication, such as email, email threads, attachments, time periods, media types, video conferencing and more. Reporting, once the information was gathered, had to sum up the results of deep searches for others to evaluate. All of this work was critical in determining risk.
