The reporting module of any quality administrative dashboard, be it legal, archiving, health monitoring of large-scale server farms, or anything in between, is the vehicle for clearly defined information sharing.

In the Alcatraz application, the amount and type of reporting was large and complex. Defining the end-user and their level of expertise in evaluating reports was critical.

We had to determine the perception of information types, the types of graphs used, the ability to view graphs as tables and to export those in an array of formats.
