Store managers had been using long and complex dot-matrix printer output to try and make sense of their individual store’s “health,” tracking performance for in-store markets (bakery, produce, etc.) inventory and production, and the various metrics a store manager would need in order to run a successful store.

I proposed a mobile version of existing overly complex reports in an attempt to simplify them and to give managers and staff a better way to track and manage. These screens are an early attempt at a tablet mockup to get home office buy-off.
